Mill Licence



General Information

Issuance of Mill Licence for wood-based industry in Sarawak are in accordance to Section 5A.(1) of the STIDC Ordinance, 1973 and Section 62 of the Forests Ordinance, 2015.

 

Procedure

All applicants are required to submit the following documents.

A.  New Mill Licence
  1. Application Letter
  2. Manufacturing Licence (ICC/ICA)
  3. Four (4) copies of mill layout plan
  4. Trade Licence
B.  Renewal of Mill Licence
  1. Application Letter
  2. Original Mill Licence
C.  Revised Mill Layout Plan
  1. Application Letter
  2. Four (4) copies of mill layout plan
D.  Replacement of Mill Licence
  1. Application Letter
  2. Police Report for lost licence / Damaged Certificate
E.  Cancellation of Mill Licence
  1. Application Letter
  2. Original Mill Licence
