Since 1973, STIDC has been dedicated to building a strong and sustainable timber industry in Sarawak. Our goal is to grow the industry in a way that supports the economy while protecting our forests for future generations.

We work closely with businesses and communities to promote innovation, set quality standards and encourage responsible forest management. As the official Grading Authority, we also help with import and export licensing to support trade worldwide.

“Driving Sustainability” is more than a slogan. It is our promise to develop skills, improve facilities and invest wisely to keep Sarawak’s timber industry competitive and thriving.
